Workplace Yoga

Give your team the gift of reconnecting to self and releasing stress from body and mind with our expert-led workplace yoga sessions. We typically run 1-hour sessions with 15 minutes of meditation built in, to leave your team feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Our yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. We can bring yoga mats and other equipment necessary to your place of work.

We can also tailor the style of yoga to your team’s preference, whether that is a slower, relaxing class, a more invigorating practice for fitness enthusiasts, or something tailored to the nature of your work, such as countering the effects of sitting at a desk, driving, heavy lifting etc.

The Expert

Our classes are led by a senior yoga and pilates teacher with over 8 years of experience. She has trained in Ashtanga yoga in India as well as in Yoga for Sports and was twice nominated as ‘Yoga Provider of the Year’ at the NI Health and Fitness Awards. She brings a sense of fun and playfulness to her classes and has a relatable communication style to make the practice relatable and accessible for all. She has helped beginners right up to commonwealth-level athletes create a practice that works uniquely for them.
