Building Highly Effective Teams

Build highly effective teams through our range of workshops, designed to help achieve cohesion and collaboration, so your teams operate optimally.

Courageous Conversations Through Curious Communications Workshop

What if it’s a communication style that’s creating barriers in the workplace and not personality? What if we could Identify, Modify and Adapt our communication style to be heard and seen and to see and hear others? This workshop explores a colour-based universal language called iMA. Participants can learn to understand themselves and others better and communicate and connect with individuals on their wavelength. iMA can help build trust, morale, communication, understanding, cooperation and productivity.

Low-judgement Linguistics Workshop

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to hone non-confrontational language skills. Approaching our conversations with others in this way is not just a great way to make others feel heard and respected when it comes to work matters, but also to help navigate conversations around more difficult subjects, including the more challenging times in life.

This workshop helps participants learn how to communicate with others using the language of the 8 C’s:

  • Courage
  • Confidence
  • Creativity
  • Calmness
  • Compassion
  • Curiosity
  • Clarity
  • Connectedness

This workshop has a great crossover and transferable skill effect with how we deal with all conversations in life, whether it’s in the workplace in our professional capacity, how we handle conversations in our personal life, as well as how we hold space for people who are struggling.

Participants will find this workshop helpful in learning not just how to actively listen, but how to ask the right questions to ensure conversations are meaningful and conducive to building a strong sense of connectedness across the workforce.

DISC Workshop

The four dimensions of DISC – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness give us a handy framework for understanding the behavioural styles of individuals. Workshop participants will receive their own personalised DISC report, so they can assess what blend of behavioural and communication styles they typically use.

Once each person has their report, we facilitate a group workshop. This explores how each of us prefers to communicate, how our own style may be perceived by others, identify where sources of conflict may potentially arise, and how to adapt our style to avoid conflict and enable better team cohesion instead.
