Engagement & Culture Programme

This Engagement & Culture Programme is designed for the leadership team, or those responsible for driving culture and engagement, who have the authority to initiate change and implement new processes and protocols.

The programme is action-based, encouraging a real change in behaviour and culture by holding the leadership team accountable for making change happen. Neurologically designed taking into account different learning styles, the science of motivation and core human needs, the programme is designed to help your leadership team drive lasting change, with expert guidance along the way.

Our programme is tailored to the needs of your business. Our first week is to explore your specific pain points, the areas for improvement and agree on what we want to change by the end of the programme.

We then deliver a series of workshops which are developed specifically for your business and built around the critical needs you have right now.

Delivery

Our programme runs for 13 weeks, as it takes this time to create new habits and to truly embed a cultural change into the organisation. Week 1 is a kick-off session aligning the team goals and focus followed by 12 weeks of 60-90 minute workshops.
