Workplace Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop & Guided Meditation

Participants will learn how to recognise stressors, the early warning signs of stress and how to take agency over their response early on, before things escalate. They will gain a handy toolkit of go-to exercises and meditations that help them manage stress in their day-to-day lives.

This workshop includes:

  • A grounding meditation to begin
  • Introduction to what mindfulness is
  • Explanation of the stress cycle and its steps – including when we can step in and alter the play of events if our responses are typically negative or unhelpful
  • Simple breath-work exercise to help elicit calm when needed
  • Longer meditation to finish, including guided body relaxation technique

We also offer an 8-session programme to explore this topic in full detail. The programme helps create a lasting change in the habits of participants. It gives them the tools and techniques needed to make mindfulness a way of life.
