Beating Burnout

90-minute or half-day workshop exploring what exactly burnout is, as well as how to manage it, mitigate it and even stop it from developing altogether. Participants will also learn to recognise the physical responses in the body that give us clues that we’re on the way to overwhelm or burning out. This way, participants can help themselves take timely action in the future to reverse the effects of stress before the burnout stage occurs.

This workshop is very personal in nature with individual journalling and reflection sessions, so each participant gets real value. Participants make individual action plans for themselves, which include practical ways to take unnecessary demands off their plate and set boundaries to make sure these requests are honoured. This way, they can make time for the activities and resources that support their wellbeing instead.
