Workplace Stress Management

Our Workplace Stress Management is a 90 mins or half-day workshop to explore the physical and mental breadcrumbs that lead you to stress, how to spot it early and more importantly, how to manage and down-regulate your nervous system in response to it. Participants will explore:

  • What exactly stress is and what their unique stress triggers are
  • Neurochemistry – the life science of stress
  • Physical body responses to stress
  • Polyvagal theory – how to combat stress by tapping into the nervous system states of engagement and connection instead

The half-day workshop includes individual journaling exercises to make the session impactful and specific for each person. Participants will be expected to come ready to explore their own personal stressors, responses and how they can best mitigate and manage them in the future.

This course is so much more impactful when delivered in person, however, if necessary, we can deliver online via Zoom.
