Achieving work-life balance

90-minute or half-day workshop to help participants create the balance they desire in life. Participants will consider what a healthy balance of work, family life, personal time and rest looks like on an individual level for them and why each is important for our overall wellbeing. Participants will also explore how establishing boundaries and learning the self-advocacy skills necessary to ensure your needs are met, can help implement the right balance in life for them.

Everyone’s needs vary so greatly when it comes to the right mix of socialising, rest and alone time, which is why this workshop is very personal in nature, with individual journalling and reflection sessions, so each participant gets real value from the workshop.
