Whether you want to set up a weekly run club, prepare for a team relay event, or invest in your team’s fitness with a beginner-friendly Couch to 5K style programme, we can help.

Our expert running coach can facilitate guided runs from your office including warm-up and cool-down routines. We cater to all abilities and ensure no one feels left behind. 

We also deliver custom training plans to prepare your team for upcoming team relay events. These include weekly training programmes and 1-1 check-ins with our expert running coach. To ensure your team are as prepared as possible for the event, we can also deliver workshop style talks with hints and tips to perform at your best on race day.
