Sleep Workshop

A great day at work starts with a great night’s sleep. This workshop will help your team members get better quality sleep by building good sleep hygiene habits, understand sleep fact vs fiction and learn how to work with their own circadian rhythm to ensure they get the rest they need.

This workshop explores:

  • Identifying why sleep is important and the impacts of sleep deprivation
  • Attendees evaluate their sleep habits using the ‘sleep stool’ method
  • Interactive group work and quiz to learn sleep tips and dispel sleep facts vs fiction
  • SMART goal setting activity for getting better quality sleep
  • Understanding sleep chronotypes and help attendees identify which one applies to them
  • A take-home sleep information, resources & helpsheet

The Expert

Our sleep expert started her career in the world of sleep consulting for new parents, helping them and their babies get the rest they need. She has now taken that knowledge and applied it to the corporate world, helping busy, stressed professionals get the sleep they need to perform at their best.

Recommendations

We recommend tailoring this workshop to certain groups within the workplace to make it highly impactful and specific to each group. We recommend splitting sessions for late/night shift workers, normal 9-5 workers and to parents with young children/babies.
