Our approach to nutrition is very much whole food and avoiding ultra-processed, without the fuss of long hours in the kitchen. Nutrition is a huge component of both physical and mental health, which all of our workshops explore.
We cover various topics in our workshops and can tailor these to your team’s unique preferences and needs. Cookery demos and sampling can also be included. Example workshop topics include:

1-1 Nutrition Clinic
Eating habits and preferences are so personal in nature, which is why running a 1-1 Nutrition clinic is so powerful. Each person can share their usual daily eating habits and get advice and recommendations for small improvements to their nutrition that can lead to a huge impact on their health.
Eating habits can also be fuelled so much by our emotions and psychological state. The 1-1 setting can really help unpack the reasons why each of us eat what we eat and help us to build habits that serve us better.
The 1-1 setting is a safe space, judgement-free and led by an expert nutritionist who is also incredibly relatable, making the topic of nutrition fun. She can cater to all individual needs, be it vegan, vegetarian, nutrition for sportspeople, or busy parents.
We recommend 30mins slots per person, but these can be adjusted if necessary.
